About the Role

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Sales Representative with strong interest or experience in selling IT solutions for Core Banking and the Financial Services Industry (FSI). Candidates domiciled in Bandung will be prioritized to support regional clients and expand our presence in West Java.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and develop new business opportunities within banks, fintech, and other FSI clients in the Bandung and West Java region.
• Promote and sell IT solutions related to core banking, digital banking, cybersecurity, cloud, and other enterprise technologies.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders such as IT managers, procurement teams, and business leaders in the financial sector.
• Work closely with presales and technical teams to deliver customized solutions based on client needs.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and participate in sales presentations
• Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Provide regular reporting on sales activities, forecasts, and market insights.

Requirements

• Domiciled in Bandung or willing to be based in Bandung (priority).
• Minimum 2–5 years experience in B2B sales; experience in IT or FSI is a strong advantage.
• Understanding of basic IT concepts (core banking, digital channels, security, data, etc.) is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Having own transportation is an advantage (motorcycle/car).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience selling IT products/services to banks or financial institutions.
• Existing network within banking or fintech companies in West Java.
