About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Manager – Cybersecurity to lead our technical team in designing, implementing, and managing advanced cybersecurity solutions for enterprise clients. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and hands-on experience across various cybersecurity technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the cybersecurity technical team, ensuring high-quality solution delivery.
• Oversee the design, architecture, and implementation of cybersecurity solutions (network security, endpoint security, SIEM, SOC, IAM, cloud security, etc.).
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance and recommendations.
• Perform technical assessments, vulnerability analysis, and security reviews.
• Collaborate with sales and presales teams to support proposal development and customer presentations.
• Develop best practices, technical documentation, and standard operating procedures.
• Stay updated with emerging threats, cybersecurity standards, and industry trends.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in cybersecurity engineering, architecture, or technical leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and technologies (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, firewalls, IDS/IPS, IAM, cloud security tools).
• Hands-on experience with security operations and incident response.
• Familiarity with standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, and other security compliances.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple technical projects and teams effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.

Preferred Certifications

• PCNSE, CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or equivalent.
• Vendor-specific certifications (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet, F5, Cisco Security, CrowdStrike, Microsoft Security, Broadcom).
