About the role

We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who has a strong background selling IT solutions to clients in the Banking and Financial Services Industry (FSI). The ideal candidate must have deep industry knowledge, existing networks, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business within Banking and FSI clients.
• Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, IT Directors, Procurement, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal teams (presales, product, delivery) to create tailored technology solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to drive sales strategy.
• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Provide product knowledge and technical awareness support to clients, about softpost and other banking IT products.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients.
• Stay up to date with developments in the Indonesian banking sector, including regulatory changes and emerging technology trends.

What we're looking for

• The ideal candidate for this Sales Manager role brings a wealth of experience from Banking and FSI sector. You have demonstrated your ability to lead high-performing teams towards achieving ambitious targets.
• Your strategic thinking allows you to define business KPIs and develop data-driven strategies effectively. You are adept at identifying new opportunities, resolving challenges, and managing resources efficiently especially in Tech industries.
• Proven track record of success in Banking and FSI selling digital payment or softpost to support their operational
• 3-5 years as an Sales Manager, Relationship Manager, or similar role, preferably in banking or IT consulting.
• Strong understanding of the Indonesian banking sector, including core banking, digital banking, and local regulations.
• Experience coordinating IT projects, especially in banking solutions (core banking,  softpost, big data, applications, infrastructure), is a plus.
• Technical Awareness: Basic knowledge of banking IT products and services; experience with softpost and digital payment is an advantage.
