Possess at least a tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or any other related discipline from a recognized institution.
Have at least 1-2 years of working experience in Sales / Account Manager in IT Reseller or related to IT field in the networking, security, applications or unified communication solutions industry.
Have effective communication skills both orally and written
Possess good interpersonal skills to work well with all levels of staff
Be meticulous, attention to detail and follow-up
Work well within a team environment
Be self-motivated, willing to learn, result-oriented, independent with good attitude
Possess a go-getter attitude and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic industry
Capable in both speaking, listening and writing English
Able to use Microsoft Excel and pass the Basic Math and Logic Test.
Responsibilities:
Achieve the revenue and Gross Profit target.
Identify potential Customers in order to sell Cybersecurity, Cloud Solutions and in-house Services
Build strategic relationships with External (Customers, Distributor and Principal) and Internal (Senior management team)
Sales presentations and negotiations
Provide exceptional customer service and strive to exceed customer expectations in accordance with the Service Level Agreement.
Analyze and forecast sales and business activities by utilizing the CRM on regular basis
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Perform any other project or duties as assigned.
